Shipping and Delivery

We ship all packages out within 1-3 business days of order placed from Ottawa, Canada. For Canada orders, all packages are shipped through UPS or Canada Post. For US orders, we ship Canada Post, transferred to USPS. You will always receive tracking information to follow your order on its way to you.

CANADA

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $50 CAD in Canada. For orders under $50, we charge a flat rate of $12 CAD for Ontario or $16 CAD for all other Canadian destinations plus applicable taxes.

USA

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $50 USD in USA. For orders under $50, we charge a flat rate of $15 USD plus applicable taxes. PLEASE NOTE: You, the customer, are responsible for any and all import fees, duties, tariffs, and taxes that may apply when shipping from Canada to the USA. We do not charge these in advance and they are NOT included in the price you pay to North Standard. If applicable on your order, they would be charged to you by the shipping carrier or broker when the package passes the border from Canada to the USA.
