30 Day Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, any items can be returned for refund within 30 days of receiving your order. 

NSTP One Year Guarantee:

After 30 days of receiving your order, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, any North Standard product can be returned for store credit within ONE YEAR of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to initiate a return, please email us at nstp@northstandard.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We'll send you instructions for shipping your item(s) back.

Note: We can only accepts returns on products that were purchased from North Standard directly. If you purchased a North Standard product from another retailer, kindly contact that retailer for return/exchange.
