Shipping and Delivery

We ship all packages out within 1-3 business days of order placed from Ottawa, Canada. You will always receive tracking information to follow your order on its way to you.

CANADA

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $60 CAD in Canada. For orders under $60, we charge a flat rate of $12 CAD for Ontario or $16 CAD for all other Canadian destinations plus applicable taxes.

USA

We are currently not shipping to the USA. Unfortunately, with recent changes to US import tariffs from Canada, many of our orders to the US have been subject to very high fees for our US customers (sometimes higher than the price of the goods). We have had a number of refused packages which has been very costly for our business. 

Shipping to the US doesn't make sense for our business right now. We hope that we can resume shipping to the US soon!
